Patient education for the Laborie alpHaONE Wireless pH Capsule System, made for someone facing an unfamiliar procedure.
Patient education has a different failure mode than clinical training. Too much detail creates anxiety, too little leaves the patient unprepared, and clinical language manages to do both at once. This video works through what the patient will experience, in sequence, at the level of detail that answers the question without introducing new worries.
A Spanish-subtitled version was produced for LATAM audiences. When restrictions prevented the planned patient interview, production adapted with a patient stand-in, which preserved the educational narrative and the schedule without compromising continuity.
Part of a coordinated three-part program that also addresses nurses and technicians preparing the workflow and physicians performing the placement.
