The Problem
ColoWrap wanted distinct perspectives from physicians, internal educators, and company leadership while those participants were gathered at ACG. The production had to move quickly around conference schedules while holding enough consistency that the interviews would function as one unified series rather than a set of unrelated clips. ColoWrap needed a modular short-form library for conference momentum, social distribution, website content, and post-event sales use.
Approach
J2 Media operated a dedicated studio minutes from the conference venue, with a repeatable two-camera interview setup, controlled lighting, professional audio, and a workflow built for fast participant turnover. Post-production standardized framing, captions, and branded elements across the entire series, with Vimeo review keeping approvals moving during a compressed timeline.

Outcome
ColoWrap left ACG with a coordinated library rather than a handful of isolated interviews. The finished videos continued supporting social, website, demand generation, and sales conversations well after the conference closed.
