PathFinder CR - Studio-Based In-Service for Line Extension
Neptune Medical
Summary
Studio-produced in-service training asset for the PathFinder CR line extension, built for clarity, IFU alignment, and commercial consistency.
Challenge
Neptune Medical's PathFinder CR line extension needed a training asset that could follow the IFU precisely, stay visually consistent with prior PathFinder content, and hold up in front of clinical reviewers. A generalist production approach to regulated device workflows carries ambiguity the asset could not afford.
Objectives & Outcomes
Objective
Deliver an IFU-aligned training asset that improves setup confidence and sales enablement.
Outcome
A KOL adopted the in-service video for use during a DDW presentation, validating the asset's clinical credibility with peer-level audiences. Neptune Medical received a polished training asset that now supports clinical education and commercial conversations across the PathFinder CR line.
Approach
Clinical Considerations
Clinical accuracy and workflow understanding informed every production decision.
Production Strategy
J2 Media reviewed the IFU with Neptune Medical, built a storyboard and shot list, then captured the workflow in a controlled studio on a white seamless tabletop using a dual mirrorless cinema camera setup in 4K. Post-production added chaptering, clear callouts, narration, and text overlays to reinforce each step.
Execution
Environment
Professional studio or on-site production environment

What Problem it Solved
A KOL adopted the in-service video for use during a DDW presentation, validating the asset's clinical credibility with peer-level audiences. Neptune Medical received a polished training asset that now supports clinical education and commercial conversations across the PathFinder CR line.
"One of our KOLs said the in-service video was perfect and will be using it during a presentation at DDW."
Additional Notes
Producing this project in-studio kept the visuals tightly controlled while preserving the instructional clarity required for regulated audiences. It is a strong example of when a studio-first workflow is actually the simplest and safest option.
