Studio-produced training video for the PathFinder CR line extension, designed around IFU alignment, instructional clarity, and consistency with the existing PathFinder training library.
The Problem
A line extension has to teach what changed without contradicting what is already in the field. For PathFinder CR, every setup step needed to reconcile against the updated IFU while staying visually and instructionally consistent with Neptune Medical's existing PathFinder content, and it had to hold up in front of clinical reviewers. Neptune Medical needed an IFU-aligned setup resource for clinical education, field training, and commercial use.
Approach
J2 Media reviewed the IFU with Neptune Medical before scripting rather than after, then developed the storyboard and shot list around the actual setup sequence. Production took place in a controlled tabletop studio using dual 4K cinema cameras. Post-production added chaptering, narration, titles, and visual callouts to reinforce each step while holding consistency with the previous PathFinder materials.
Deliverables
Outcome
The finished video became part of Neptune Medical's clinical education and commercial toolkit, supporting website use, sales enablement, and clinical training. A company KOL subsequently selected it for use during a DDW presentation, which validated its credibility with a peer-level physician audience.

Why This Worked
For a highly structured setup workflow, the controlled studio was an advantage rather than a compromise. Every angle, step, label, and callout could be checked against the IFU without the variables a live clinical environment introduces.
